 It looks like Apollo is a BCS  to.6 to 6.5 based on his end of August photo. He definitely has long toes and also has a high-low situation going on in the fronts. There is white line separation that may only be mechanical because of the long toes or may be white line disease (infection) - can't tell from radiographs.

Apollo's laminitis was probably triggered by the seasonal ACTH rise but his insulin is also clearly abnormal. That is contributed to by the Paint side of his heritage. Have long have you had Apollo?
