I have read through all the discussions. Mostly the discussions are regarding product going rancid and storage recommendations, I did not see anything about it containing oats and thightly managing insulin.
I was surprised it contained oats.
  I will just get bulk whole flax and grind it once this bag is gone as I think it will be cheaper also.
