Thank you Kirsten actually his right limb is the shorter limb. And unfortunately in these x-rays he had broken off a lot of heel on the left which is why I had the vet come to x-ray and check the alignment. But yes you are correct as far as the angles and HPA are concerned.
his right foot/limb is actually the shorter limb which is why the hoof capsule is so tall. I’m first trying to get his feet balance before I add any LLD( limb length disparity) packages with shoeing. Right now he is barefoot while I am trying to get his feet to spread and get healthy frogs.
but the feeding is my biggest issue as he will not take in  any of the minerals he needs to get healthier feet!
so frustrating
