There has been some success seen in treating mares with Pergolide, and
subsequent rises in fertility. This is a little outside my sphere,
but if you can contact a good reproductive specialist, they should be
able to steer you in the right direction.

Anecdotal commentary indicates that although these mares on Pergolide
may achieve and maintain a successful pregnancy, there may be
associated agalactia (no milk), so one should be ready with
substitute colostrum and milk.
