agree w/Amberlee on using the EA results.
You should have received a "pdf" version from them - post that in
your folder in the "Hay-Member Worksheets".

Also, you need to be using the "2007 NRC Adult Maintenance"
spreadsheet for balancing (don't use the "Basic").
