It sounds as if your boy has been Cushings for a couple of years
already. With coat changes a few years back, it's my opinion that
you have already crossed into needing pergolide all year

Ellen, it is quite likely that the weight problem (possibly insulin resistance) is causing the thyroid dysfunction, not the other way around. Supplementing thyroid while controlling diet is the way

Morning Star
Been a bad week here . My old horse had to be put down yesterday. He
was 29 1/2 with Cushings. I know he was tired. Just was me hanging
on to him. My friends are taking me on a Memorial ride sunday
