Hi Maria,
Welcome to the group. Arabs are one of the top breeds for IR so it is quite possible that your girl is IR. You really should test her to find out for certain as this will definitely impact

I have the Easycare Trail for Tommi. I love it. Very easy to put on and take off. She does not need any pad, but you sure could put one in the boot. We use them for trail riding. Lots of lava

Re: Soft Ride Boots?
I had used the Cavallo Simple Boots for years and really liked them, except for
being a tad clunky. I thought I'd try the Sport Boots this time and
hate them. I
think they are so hard to fasten!

Re: Soft Ride Boots?
I have used soft rides and easy boots rx's. If your horse is in pain, the soft rides have more cushion than the rx. However, if you make custom pads for the rx you could get something strong yet

Re: Soft Ride Boots?
Hi Kathy,
I've used Soft Rides too & my horse loved them. It was the only
thing she was completely comfortable in.
I do cut off the frog pads but nothing else.
They really aren't meant for a horse
