Is there a need to repeat Leptin testing?
I'm planning to re-check the ACTH and insulin levels on my IR/PPID gelding. I had the leptin checked back in August. Is there a reason to re-test the leptin as well - or does that remain constant?

Thanks Susan. This looks cute and I will get one for my pony. I'm sure it will keep him busy for at least a little while. He's a Haflinger and very motivated by treats.

Re: How many feedings per day
Google slow feeders. There are lots of examples online that can be filled once a day and last until the next day. My dad built one for less than $100.

I just took a peak at the site Marianne. Most of the stuff on IR and PPID we have reviewed or tried here and found to not be effective. The science in these reviews are discussed and available here
