Re: Is this high manganese?
Thank you, Sandra! I will pull a new sample and have it retested. Just to be sure. Testing costs an arm and a leg here, but it will make me feel better to retest, I think!

Re: Is this high manganese?
Hi Jennifer,
I have seen this in German hay before, with even higher manganese. Around 600, after retest still above 500. Couldn't hurt to ask for a retest of the managnese before you start balancing

Re: Possible early PPID symptoms
Hi Paula,
Thanks for putting up the case history. The ACTH of 30.7 in April is on the high side of normal at a time when ACTH is at it's lowest point. It is a jump from the last result you had in

OT- CIR0714
OT here, but I've been trying to join CIR0714 for two days and keep getting a lovely message that says I've exceeded my quota for that operation for the day.
Excuse me?
Anyone know if this is yet

Morgans are the poster child for IR (insulin resistance), he is likely IR and that is probably why he responded to well to the low s/s hay. Like so many things, they don't all follow the rules, and

My other Morgan gelding Onyx has me wondering if he is developing early PPID symptoms. He is 13 YO, has had runny eyes off and on for the four years that I have owned him. The vet says he eyes look

I'm sorry, Gayel, it's so hard to give every detail when I'm writing. My horse sweats a little bit and is fine when not being ridden unless it is extremely hot and humid, which we do get occasionally

Sorry about not signing my post. I thought of giving the company a call, but, I figured they would tell me to use it every day so they could sell more of their product.

P.S. I do know what the ingredients are from the label, but, I don't know how they work in the body and whether it would be harmful to not give it every day.
