Thanks so much for the IR calculator. I only have the insulin and it calculates as severely IR.
I'm curious what you thought of the leptin being so high. I haven't talked to the vet yet

Hi all--
The Cornell labs came back and the results compared to this year vs. last year are:
May 2014
ACTH = 31.3 (9-35)
Insulin = 50.47 (10-40)
Leptin = not tested
T3 / T4 = not tested
April

It looks like there may have been too much height removed overall but he did make some progress in backing the toes and bringing the flares under control. Needs to back the toes even more

Hay Analysis 603 vs 604 Equine Complete
Is there any benefit to getting the Equine Complete analysis vs the Trainer? Is the more expensive analysis more helpful for mineral balancing for a severely IR horse or does it matter?
