Re: Sugar-free Flavorings
Thank you for the replies, Pauline and Sharon.
What would be an okay amount for an herbal powder such as Stevia, Beet Root, Carrot, etc for ~2 cups of low s/s grain with his herbs/supplements? 1/4

Re: Sugar-free Flavorings
From an archive search:
It depends on how much you're feeding.
Dr. Kellon approved the powdered herbs such as stevia, fenugreek, peppermint, anise seed, beet root, apple fiber, etc. as safe for IR

I've had luck with Stevia powder....maybe a moderator can confirm. And I have also used plain yogurt.

Mineral balancing and Cushing question
Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone who can do a mineral balance of hay (of course paid). I went to email some but I figured it may be easier to find someone who has the time by posting it here!

Re: Can total copper be more than 5 x the NRC?
I just saw Nancy's reply to "Iron content in hay" which said if the Cu is over 4 times NRC then Ca needs to be 2x the requirement for Ca. I am ok on that since Ca is 35.7 and NRC for her weight is 16.

Thank you for those suggestions Nancy and Lavinia.
Lavinia, would you be able to point me to a Case History where you know there are photos of moderate white line separation?
Thanks so much...
