Hollows above the eyes
For me these are a great warning sign along with runny eyes. Beck very obligingly gives the game away with these warning signs when the IR is rearing it's ugly head. However, a go around with

Thanks Lavinia! The back feet need trimming period, I have not been able to do much with them since all this started and I usually trim her every 2-3 weeks.

It's holllows above the eyes. The horse normally has an indentation or "hollow" above and behind the orbital rim of the eye. With IR, this fills in with fat and becomes bulging.
