Hello Sandra
Maxisoy is soy hulls whilst Speedibeet is beet pulp. Both are suitable carriers for minerals however with Speedibeet and its high iron if you have the resources of lots of water and

Lavinia, how do you determine whether your horse needs the soft, medium, or firm easy care pads?
Thanks,

I read a bit more.. takeaway is that cabergoline might do double duty? control acth and insulin? at $375 a vial, the cost is $3.75 a day... quite manageable. and similar to what I pay for 14mg cp.

Re: Help , can I give Stabul Plus to my uncompensated IR mare.
Hi Mimi,
Are you using the Prascend for Scarlet's pergolide? As the dose goes up it certainly can put you in the poor house. Might want to examine switching to the compounded instead.

Hi Jaini,
By exercise I was just thinking of hand walking. Certainly too wobbly to ride. I don't think circles would be good for her. Sometimes she runs when turned out with feed bag or muzzle but not

Hi Jaini,
Scarlet's ACTH has always been okay. I am increasing her pergolide fall and early spring associated with what I assume are ulcers since she eats better when I put her back on antacid. I
