Thank you both for your responses. I will work on the case history. I had been giving the mare carrots with her dinner, and have stopped those completely. No treats at all, in fact. She is in a deeply

There's no need to conver to mmol but to do it multiply by 18.

It wouldn't hurt anything to try increasing to 1 mg but it's not likely what you are seeing is PPID related. In fact, his ACTH levels are normal for the seasonal rise and his lowest insulin is paired

The people at Winnies Warmers say not to leave them on above 50 deg. I would assume it would hold or pretty much any leggings. You may want to try some boots to get him off the cold ground.. I am not
