Re: Can I just stop pergolide?
Thanks Jaini, I'll do that.
Lorna, wow, I guess I do need to update that case history. No, no alfalfa, rice bran, or red salt block. Just tested Bermuda, Mountain Sunrise timothy pellets, AZ Copper

Hi, Pat - thanks for the new pics!
I am not the Pro from Dover on hoof angles etc; but to me the feet look like they are progressing well. What does Savannah say? Is she moving better? Does she seem

Hi, Sami - what a good question, and thank you for asking. There are quite a few meds that need to be slowly withdrawn, rather than just stopped.
So,the short answer is : Yes. Wean down.

Thank you Dr Kellon.
I can't get hay analyzed because we have to buy it in small quantities frequently, and it's not consistent.

Re: Hay analysis
What does she weigh and how much hay are you feeding?
Until you get the nitrates level back it would be a good idea to soak that hay.

Go with the 9 tabs twice a day until your vet gets back and you can ask what dose was being used.

Thanks, Lynn. Very helpful!
First thing to do, today if possible, is get collateral groove depth measurements to go along with those films. Let us know what they are.
For now, keep on doing exactly
