On 11/27/18, his ACTH was 20.9. I did not increase his pergolide

His crest is most obvious in the 10-8 picture. The crest is in the same location just not as prominent.
I don't this the PSSM flare would cause laminitis but pain may temporarily worsen IR a bit. Try

Basic possibilities are:
- dose still too low
- he's not getting the whole dose
- drug is not full potency
- he responds poorly to pergolide (need to consider bromocriptine or cabergoline)

Severe laminitis.

I think it's tough to find good safe hay here on west coast. Hopefully you can find something from the interior or something from mid Washington of if can find it.

Sharing info- if you sent a sample to be tested last week it will be delayed. Their mineral analyzer had issues last week and they weren't able to fully analyze samples.

There is a product I used to give Red before he was diagnosed IR called GT Performer (australian product) my vet recommended it as he was having some issues with colic and ulcers, very stressy pony,
