If my memory serves me correctly, I think Green Meadows forage is something I tried when Scotty was still being boarded and at first he liked it, but it was wet/molded quickly and he never would eat

I wrote that. The ratios mentioned pertain to daily requirements (Na:K 1:2.5) and sweat losses (Na:K 2:1) so I'm not sure where the 5:1 K:Na came from. In any case, you only need to consider ratios

The exercise and possibly the other stressors makes the mild ACTH elevation impossible to evaluate. Glucose is a bit high, maybe stress. Insulin is normal. The hair discoloration is more than likely

I don't know where this comes from but you do NOT have to balance sodium to a particular ratio with potassium. The average horse needs about 10 g of sodium in cold weather, 20 g in hot weather and
