Time of day affects both glucose and insulin levels IME. I saw a 25 point drop in insulin by testing at noon instead of 9:30AM.

It's REALLY nearly impossible to give you good feedback without up to date case histories but as a general comment when you see elevated glucose there is almost always

Every time you add a middle man to the equation with ACTH testing, the chances for sample mishandling escalate. You can get discounted shipping from Cornell which should help and why not

What you need is potency testing - unless you're looking for something else. The lab looks fine but you'll have to call them to make sure they can test for those specific drugs and what sample size
