Pat: I really don't know your story with Savannah, but I can just sense the deep Love you have for her.
I know Savannah can sense it also and I deeply hope you can be at peace by knowing that

Re: Was Red has gone sore again NOW: Hand Warmers in Socks
Bearing in mind that hoofboots are supposed to fit snugly against the foot if there's enough space to fit in a hand warmer the boots may not stay on. I'd also be concerned about the heating up of one

My gut feeling is that this is a bad idea - I dont trust the chemical makeup and fear that the package could break

Re: New Lab Results for Audi
Hi Lindsay,
This is such a tough time of year to try to make a call on increasing a dosage of pergolide but 1.5 seems reasonable and then you can evaluate if you think his symptoms are getting better

Re: New Lab Results for Audi
Thanks, that does help to clarify it a bit! I’ll need to wrestle with the pony study a bit more. Maybe it’ll look less like Greek after a few more read throughs! HA
I have his leptin results

I may be alone in this, but I don't think this is a good idea.
Do we know of others who have had enough experience with doing this to allay my worries?

Hi Suzanna,
There is a list of people who will balance your hay for you in our files - https://ecir.groups.io/g/main/files/6%20Diet%20Balancing (open the Hay Balancing.pdf file to get the names).

Re: Was Red has gone sore again NOW: Hand Warmers in Socks
I was thinking of the handwarmer right in the hoofboot - between the hoofboot and wool socks. Toe warmer hot packs are a bit thinner than the hand warmer packs.

Re: balancing hay and water
Dr. Kellon, thank you so much! Feeling good that I can get Indigo on the right balanced diet with adding Uckele Equi-Cal, Equi VM and beet pulp. I will discontinue the Glycemic EQ and also the Amino

Hi Kelly,
Attachments are not allowed on this group. Please create a case history folder, then upload the hay analysis to that folder. If it's a jpeg, you can create a photo album in the case history

You can't make up the difference with beet pulp alone. For each 22 lbs of hay, feed:
- 2 lbs of beet pulp dry weight
- 2 scoops Uckele Equi VM
- 3 and 3/4 scoops Uckele Equi-Cal
E, salt, flax as

I need advice on hay- wondering if I can attach a hay analysis and ask whether it needs to be soaked. I know it is esc+starch under 10 but I can’t figure out how to place an attachment in this group
