I agree LJ. I would never restrict water unless there was a very good medical reason. Colic is often waiting in the wings for something like not enough water to set it off.

That glucose value is too low to be accurate. As glucose is the most fragile of the parameters being sampled, the most likely cause is mishandling of the sample - usually, the blood wasn't

Hi. My horse foundered at the end of June. We were having trouble controlling the pain, so we took Dr. Kellon's suggestion to try J-herb and Metformin. I waited a bit to check insulin/glucose. new

No, it won't dissolve. You might have better luck mixing it evenly into ground flax. The color is so obvious you should be able to see if there is even distribution and the flax has enough fat that it

They included a small scoop that holds 1 gram - according to their measurements. By eye - I divide the total amount of the scoop in half. So I'm feeding at the high end. I have ordered a milligram

I don't blame your vet for being uncomfortable. She/he has probably never even heard of it. I have an information file for vets but since your insulin ( in the CH) wasn't horribly high I would
