Hi Lindsay,
I will obviously defer to Dr. Kellon, but since he was still relatively high on 1 mg before the rise and he's showing some symptoms still after being on 2mg for a month it may not be a bad

Hi Joy,
Possibly - if you do a search in the archived messages for "jaw" or "TMJ" you'll find a number of references but this might be the most helpful as far as how to treat TMJ:

Hi Anna,
I'm of the 'it can't hurt to ask' opinion. If it's images sent as a JPG and not a PDF you'll have to create an album here: https://ecir.groups.io/g/CaseHistory/photos (name it Anna and Babe)

Hi Sondra,
You are not imagining that. Jaw muscles can weaken with uncontrolled PPID. It's one of the things mentioned when horses lose weight for unknown causes so it comes up on the list now and

Possible Weakness in Jaw Muscles
Somewhere, in all my reading over the years, I think I saw something that referred to jaw weakness in horses with IR or PPID? Not able to masticate well. Am I dreaming this?
