Re: testing pellets
I'm suggesting ODTB instead of Teff or Timothy pellets because the safety and mineral balance of the pellets will change with each batch. Match custom to the hay.

Re: Update on Cadet, slow/partial response to Invokana
Have you noticed any polyuria?
Is that insulin compared to the 101.6 from Cornell? Do you know what assay Idexx uses? As a client they may tell you.
I would plan to retest insulin at the 1 month

Karo Test
I asked my vet for a Karo test so I had a diagnosis - or could stop obsessing over low sugar. The results have come back as12 with the lab normal <65. This seems very low, considering he was eating

Re: Update on Cadet, slow/partial response to Invokana
Thanks Dr. Kellon! I will try to check his urine again to see if the glucosuria has increased. When would you suggest I check his insulin again?
Did you have any comments on the triglycerides

Yes, but your custom only matches the hay analysis, not the pellets.

Re: testing pellets
Ontario Dehy Timothy pellets.
Just timothy, no minerals or beet pulp.
I just mentioned them in case budget is of concern, because they are less expensive than the ODTBC. Not sure how they compare in
