You have a pony with recurring laminitis so I'm not sure what other symptoms your vet was looking for before pulling blood. It's probably a bit cold to get an accurate insulin reading

New Hay Analysis

Don't forget to change the hay gradually! I feed only coastal bermuda hay to my IR girl- she refuses Tomothy, so its been my only choice. There is a slim chance of impaction colic in horses
