Re: Advice about Kate and Bullitt's Blood work results
Hi Sarah,
Bullitt is in better shape than Kate with the ACTH level but since we're in the lowest part of the year for ACTH and he was so elevated last fall I agree with wanting to get that level down

Re: Equine Fusion Recovery Boots
Hi Shera,
For my Arabs I keep newborn size diapers on hand in case of emergency. That works for a foot that's about 4.5"x5".
Thanks,

Re: Equine Fusion Recovery Boots
I think they were the 20 lb ones but Desi is only about 750# .
My husband just got the cheap ones (store brand) and they have held up just fine.

I have a pair for my mini, and she kept biting the top where the zipper ends in front. They were very tight there. I have left them a bit open and she is fine with them. I have also tried to stretch

Shera, I had the same problem with failing duct tape on the Clouds (although my boots were well used by then), and I found that as I was taking off the boots daily to air the feet, check for ribs,

Hi Jackie. When did the bouts of diarrhea start? and when was her last fever? I know you are in the throws of this situation, but more specific information would be helpful.

Hi Kelly,
Could she be objecting to the form of the magnesium? Is it too granular for her,for example? And if so,have you tried grinding it into a powder?
Maybe?

Re: StressLess
Seroquine comes in pellets or powder - I found that Rhian prefers the pellets. She will eat the Focus powder no problem though but it's a smaller amount and I usually wet the grain so it sticks

I have used the equine fusions for a couple years now and of all the boots we have (which are a lot) they worked the best. But lately nothing seems to not rub Desi. I put a different style on
