Martha's already provided you with the info on Metformin but I'd add that since elevated ACTH can drive insulin numbers up you may find that her insulin is better once her ACTH is under control.

Here’s a blurb written on the use of Metformin. I would keep her on metformin, as long as it seems to be doing the job. If you take it away, it’s possible the insulin would shoot back

I recently got a MyBestfriend muzzle and the breakaway system on it is very sensitive. I would have no worries with it except that it may get rubbed off by the horse and it’d get lots of grass.

thank you for this information! I had the photo guide pictures I needed to get and I could not get sole plane shots,no way was she bending her foot that way,I’m sure her tendons hurt
