If your vet had specific instructions on what testing was supposed to be done I would hope that they would repeat the blood draw and testing on their dime. Cortisol doesn't tell you

Bummer. It appears they did a resting cortisol test - which has no value in diagnosing/managing a PPID horse.
Definitely would recommend having the correct test done - ACTH - if you want to

I am out of the country and someone is taking care of my horse for me in Utah. Unfortunately, I think the Cushings test taken last weekend was done wrong and not sent to Cornell

**UPDATE** Vitreous injections given on 8/5/2021 and were VERY well tolerated. No prep needed, but I did have to haul him to the Clinic for the shots - as an outpatient. I live near Tryon, NC and
