Re: Uploading xrays
Hi Jackie,
As far as boots I would go by what she tells you. If she's comfortable on the footing that you have I would probably err on the side of no boots, but if she starts acting at all sore then

She is definitely a cutie for sure! Thank you for looking at the pics. Her sole is very thin. My farrier said she may never grow it. That said, she seems to be comfortable and striding without

new trim pictures
I just trimmed darby and have uploaded trim pictures to his album as well as a body pic. If anyone has time to take a peek please. His newest xrays taken this week are there too. Thank you!

Good job Jackie! Her toes were definitely too long and not a lot of sole in July and she has some pretty significant sidebone in both feet. She's very cute though!

Oh Kim I'm so sorry about the loss of the foal.
I'm mystified about the email issue and my only thought is that she should check her trash folder as well as the Spam folder but I just looked and it

I did answer this privately so sorry if it's a duplicate.
Your vet is correct to test at 7 days. There is no effect of stress on insulin in chronic conditions and the metformin effect won't get any

Hey Suzanne,
A product called Beet-E-Bites Equipockets works great for us. My horse LOVES the peppermint and the apple flavors and they are manufactured specifically for IR/PPID horses so you know

Darby is going through a laminitic episode, no change in circumstances. Negative for Lymes, ACTH is 28.8 and his last insulin was 50.
Darby started Metformin 3 days ago, still waiting for the Prascend

Re: Mare 2 1/2 months pregnant has foundered
There was no heartbeat on the ultrasound; they are aborting the foal.
Sherry,
I don't know how she signed up, because when she logs in it asks fo a password. She clicks the forgot password link, a box

Re: Uploading xrays
Thank you, I hope I did this correctly. I need to name some xrays and delete duplicates. I will start a new thread but meanwhile, could someone look at her xrays when time permits? She has had 2 trims

Re: Uploading xrays
Hi Jackie,
X-rays would go into a photo folder along with any other pictures you have of Rose. To do that go to https://ecir.groups.io/g/CaseHistory/photos and click on the link that says "New Album"
