In addition to the poor ground clearance she has active ringbone that appears to involve the coffin joint. I would go for a rounded hoof wall and make sure there is meticulous medial-lateral

The Praziquantel caution is for EMS/IR horses due to the possibility of a delayed insulin spike after administration. It isn't a problem for a non-IR horse.
