There is increased oxidative stress in EMS, which could be why PQ works better than plain Devil's Claw. I wouldn't keep him on DC now but you can switch to powdered PQ which doesn't have DC. --

Hi Terrie Protexin specifies 60 million CFU per gram (if you zoom onto the front label, that info is at the bottom). It's pricey but that's the one my vet usually recommends, and it does usually help
