The body can convert ALCar to L-car but there will be a predominance of whichever form you supplement so for this I would do L-carnitine.

If she is still sound, stand her in ice water baths for both front feet (high kitchen trash cans work well) until past the 8 hour point when she was found, and ask your vet to prescribe a few days
