"Blood" in the white line is evidence of old bruising coming out and isn't surprising to see it after a laminitis event or a mechanical trauma (you can refer to this older post from Dr. Kellon

I was very unfortunately unable to be at the vet appt due to a migraine, so BO took over. Frustrating. I would have insisted on a few things different. I had them do lateral rads out of an abundance

Once you have your test results back you'll have a clearer path forward. Did you have them do a TRH Stim test as suggested by Dr. Kellon (https://ecir.groups.io/g/main/message/277388) to see if PPID

I just got the blood results. Triglycerides are 1.97 mmol/L (reference range 0.09-0.58).
Is this very elevated?

Soaked Timothy (hay analysis is in my photo album). She gets 3 flakes a day in a hay net (not sure on lbs). She also gets 1.5 cups (before soaking) of the Ontario dehydrated timothy balance cubes with
