The seasonal rise exists and has been well documented. It will influence both baseline ACTH and TRH response tests. We have a better feel for how baseline ACTH is influenced but there is also

Thank u for answer.She is not overweight now and after exrays her hooves got fixed and the toe much more shorter.
So there is no weight issue now or long toe😊

Thank you, Everyone. This is all so helpful. Isaac again ate his supplements this morning. I added the powdered vitamin e and did not add the olive oil, so I think he likes the smell of the powder.

OK. That makes it more likely the "episode" could have affected your results but the insulin seems awfully high even allowing for that. I would increase pergolide as you plan to do, make sure diet is

In the pictures you posted earlier this year Fiona appears to be overweight, her toes are too long in the x-rays and she has bone remodeling which indicates there have been long term issues
