Re: Remy - seasonal rise concerns
Hi Susan,
As he's early PPID (only positive on the TRH test, not on just a baseline ACTH) any medication change at this point would be a guess. You can certainly test his glucose/insulin and ACTH now

This is a great resource!
Are there guidelines to keep in mind when reviewing the different feeds? My understanding was that ESC + Starch should be below 10%. But many of these feeds are above that %

Hi Ani
If your hay test was NIR vs Wet Chemistry, it may be too high to feed without soaking. Can you load your hay analysis into your CH folder, please?
Can you give more detail about her refusal

Remy - seasonal rise concerns
I know I need to do a CH.
In the meantime I need help.
Remy is a 22 y.o. Arabian gelding.
Is it too far into seasonal rise for a Pergolide dose increase?
Assuming my vet would Rx more, soon.

Thank you, Lavinia. I now have Walker on a 4 week trim cycle and in removable boots instead of the glue on $900 Sigafoos. I also have your write up and Mark ups to share with some prospective farriers

Jamie,
I couldn't find the video you are referring to so can't confirm it that's what we are talking about. In my mind, there are 2 ways to rasp the toes back horizontally. 1. Set the hoof on a hoof
