Hi Kathy, Compounded pergolide can be made in just about any form. ECIR doesn't recommend the liquid varieties due to them being less stable than the capsules. Compounded in water is the least stable,

Hi Cassandra, As Sherry mentioned, there is no further calculation for leptin. If it was tested, you just use the lab reference ranges and enter everything into the appropriate place on the case
