Re: Liquid Pergolide
I have my compounded pergolide for Summer created in an oil emulsion. She started refusing pills so it is just easier for her to administer, her dose is 1ml = 3mg.

Re: Cresty Neck
Changing the hay can make a difference in insulin as soon as the next meal, too. Either way, that's great news!

Hi Rozanne,
I have not heard that cimetidine is contraindicated. I used it on my gray pony (IR, PPID) for years and the melanoma did not appear to increase in size, nor did it disappear. The pony

Yes, we are continuing the low s/s diet. We were able to source a grass hay, and we are just waiting for 2nd cutting of the same before testing and settling in for winter. I love the way you explain

Liquid Pergolide
I just heard that Pergolide can be available in liquid form.
Is this true? Has anyone else used it? Thanks in advance!

Sherry, thank you very much for the instructions. I hope I followed them correctly. Stubby is still on pasture as I have no place to put her where she cannot access grass. I cannot create a dry lot

Re: case history help
Hi Cassandra,
As Sherry mentioned, there is no further calculation for leptin. If it was tested, you just use the lab reference ranges and enter everything into the appropriate place on the case

I found a few more in NIH but here is one of interest. Fenbendazole acts as a moderate microtubule destabilizing agent and causes cancer cell death by modulating multiple cellular pathways - PubMed

Re: jiaogulan & melanomas
I have heard CBD can be effective in slowing down melanomas but have not seen research to back it up. Maybe somone in our group can comment if they have experience with CBD and melanomas. I myself

Re: jiaogulan & melanomas
Thank you Martha.
I don't know that topical application of the cannabis oil is going to be practical - many of the melanomas are in his sheath & on the base of his penis. Also suspected in his rectum
