Hi Jennifer,
Agree with Sherry on ACTH and CBC testing and also want to suggest reviewing water intake, as well as salt. Salt should be 1-2 ounces in hot weather where he is sweating. Wasting away

I did get her trimmed & we found an active absess at the toe on her right front which we could open by squaring the front of her hoof . It surprises me she stands more on her right than her

1 - are you weighing hay now? If so it should be a specific weight he's being fed on a daily basis. As he's about 100lbs

Have you had basic bloodwork done on Lou to rule out other issues? As an older horse he does have higher calorie needs than a younger horse especially if he paces the fence line. Why is

I looked at your trim photos. It appears to me that there's little difference in the fronts and RH since the Feb photos, so the trim is maintaining the long toes and not actually improving
