Seaweed as amino product
Hi,
can I ask you, if seaweed is appropriate for laminitic horse? I guess that can be high in iron and iodine. I find that in product with glucose sirup. But how is it with seaweed alone? Thank you

Hi Tory,
Just so you know the Stim test is unreliable during the rise (July to December) so we recommend not using it unless you're testing between January and June. For testing IR we don't recommend

My mare also tested low on the ACTH test but had many classic

Hi Tory,
For this time of year that ACTH level is fine. For insulin anything below 20 with hay in front of them is good. If that test was fasting then there's still an issue with getting his IR

Hi Jennifer,
Agree with Sherry on ACTH and CBC testing and also want to suggest reviewing water intake, as well as salt. Salt should be 1-2 ounces in hot weather where he is sweating. Wasting away
