Re: New X-rays added
Those are great photos and can definitely be used. I think you should try to get sole shots, too, because you'll get a lot more info in your markups. Once you have them, start a new message thread

Re: Safe Anesthesia/ medications for PPID / IR horses
I'm not sure how much notice we will get on the medications. We had the biopsy done by our local vet so I don't know what to expect for his oncology visit. The oncology vet is 1 and 1/2 hours

Re: Cadet update--is Invokana losing its effectiveness?
Thank you Dr. Kellon and Martha. I am curious if you think this trend of higher insulin, weight gain, and less glucosuria is indicating the drug is no longer working for him? Switching to Steglatro

I am waiting for this new drug to arrive.
Besides bloodwork....any other changes to his diet? I have read up but seems to me it is different with each horse? I see some with other supplements,

Re: Fecals say Pabatsa is a low grade Strongyles shedder
Quest is fine but it will kill them all at once. The 3 dose ivermectin is a more gentle way to do it if they have a large load. There is a lot of resistance to Strongid.
