Everything looks good hydration wise. I am going to focus on the decrease of thyro l and add some rsr beet pulp which loves wet..adding that to the fluffed cubes and seems to be a winner.

So his G:I ratio is 8.68 and his RISQI is 0.31. He was tested at 530pm and had likely been out of hay since noon.
Does this mean he's mildly laminitis?

I am brand new to this group. My 30 year old Arabian gelding has acute laminitis. It started one week ago today, his vet was called out said he had laminitis but said we needed to find the cause.
