I have the same problem. The grass in the pasture is short from over-grazing. My horse would be more frustrated at being so close but couldn't get to it. Beside I am one of those that

grazing muzzle
Keith,
I know some people who have had good luck with muzzles-unfortunately
I wasn't one of them. First of all, the grass has to be tall enough to
poke through the hole(s). Mine is kept too short

I know a lady who's horse was high insulin but normal cortisol. He
had foundered, they tried treating him with pergolide, he was on 4
mgs a day. He had foundered so badly they ended up putting him

My vet has me restrict mine in the spring but allows them a little
grass. I hot wire a small area of their pasture so they have the run
in shed. And as the weather gets hot they are in
