Are you sure he was no longer foundered after 10 days or was no longer in
pain? My horse has had laminitis since December and I have him on heart bar
shoes and pergolide and he is still has it

I, too, am a relatively new member, because my
donkey was diagnosed with Cushing's and
HypoThyroidism. He had been foundered since Dec and
we started him on Pergolide in Mid March... within

bottle, it is the kind with the raised writing and marks on the lid, and
use that to crush it right in her bucket! Works like a

Crushing pills.
For those of you that have to crush pills for your horse. If you have a Walmart nearby, they have a nice pill crusher. It is plastic and has a screw down top that crushes the pills into a fine

to first time subjects. My horse's corisol rythm was 17, and they
recommended 2mg, but I decided to start at 1mg as 17 didn't
