You can ask the vet to contact Cornell to do a follow-up test to get the actual insulin number instead of just 'greater than 200'. Lavinia has already advised you

So I have mare on one equioxx a day. Just got phyto quench shipment and will start reducing equioxx. Suggestions on wean off and wean on? Then if it helps her I’ll look at Mov Ease for maintenance

Lucky you. I've been using them from about 2008/09. I have a local source. I always moisten to prevent choke as that was the recommendation at the time.

Our horses love the mullein just before it flowers, but not at other times. I try to keep it out of my paddocks, but they do snatch a bit on rides from the side of the track.

My mare has consistently tested just below normal range on hct and rbc. I remember Dr Kellon mentioning that this was not unusual for older horses. Hct can also, I believe, be lower if
