His ACTH will probably come down some more by end November but whether it's enough or ideal for him is impossible to predict. If no laminitis concerns I would wait and recheck then.

Once your round bales are gone you really need to limit Sugar's food intake to either 1.5% of her current weight or 2% of her ideal weight, whichever is more and includes everything

Omneity is not a complete feed. It's a vitamin and mineral supplement fed at only 120 g for a 500 kg horse. Both Omneity and beet pulp are around 10% protein but regardless protein is not absorbed in

That's a mini dose. It's only 1 oz by dry weight. Just make sure your beet pulp is very wet.
