Unless they have it posted as a guaranteed analysis I would look at the high end of those ranges. ESC+starch=9.4% which if it was guaranteed would be ok as per our guidelines, but not all

Buddy's insulin levels were high 99.75 uIU/mL (range 10-40)
Serum Iron was 225 ug/dL
TIBC 535 ug/dL

As for the low T4, getting the IR under control should cause it to normalize.
