If his insulin is fluctuating with the ACTH you do want to get it checked each time as you need to know if you need to add in medication for that in addition to the other measures you are already

MBH not shipping to Canada anymore

I have not had that experience. I submitted an online request with pricepropharmacy.com (I chose the Invokana version coming from the UK).
They contacted my vet who gave them an RX.

ACTH was 19 pg/ml
Insulin was 31.8 uU/ml
So, not PPID unless dexamethasone can lower ACTH this much and positive to IR, but very likely only drug induced. Corticos has been removed after me telling
