When to check insulin levels again on Metformin.
Sophie has been on Metformin for about 5 weeks.
The insulin test after being on Metformin for 2 weeks showed her insulin down from 150 to 48.
She is sound at a walk in boots, and she is swimming 10

Finding this document very interesting. Since metabolic horses can have eye issues, undesirable fat deposits and trouble regulating body temperature below 40 degrees I would live to see more research

Didn't check insulin in August.
It is the PQ Plus with devil's claw.
I haven't tried Metformin - but would be game to consider this. His insulin is always high/high-ish and years ago when I checked
