Mac was not fasted the day of the labs and it was around 70* outside. He was trailered

It is not hard to do the case history. I had immense trouble initially with the old form format and ended up just duplicating the questions & adding answers in a Word doc and adding it to my folder.

The taking him off doxy would only be for a week before testing,then after testing, would start him back on doxy to finish the 4 month treatment. Reason to re test is to make sure his
