He can not chew hay, hay cubes or hay pellets. He's never on grass as he has mildly foundered before a few yearsago. He is not moving well, so no walking. J should bein tonight and

Both hay analyses popped right up when I clicked on them--yeah!
I have never fed orchardgrass before so I am not well acquainted with typical analyses for the hay but noticed the protein level was 18

Virtually no chance this is acidosis related. Ponies can adapt to 100% grain diets and still avoid acidosis.
I suspect the fiber is the issue. Could you feed just Orchard for a while?
