There are many reasons that the horse could have this attack. PPID is only one. No one here recommends "throwing a horse on pergolide". Or "forgetting about it" until the ACTH is

I use the balance cubes. I am trying to learn/figure out feed tags, when looking at commercial feeds. So, the total diet hay and grain can't exceed 10%, in sugar + starch, like Chanda

Need to clarify that each item needs to have low Sugar (ESC) and Starch. It's not a total combination of the diet but each individual item.
