I am using peanuts in shell and Wellsolve W/C pellets.

I think you're right to suspect Cushing's with these symptoms. The worsening you are seeing now may well be related to the seasonal rise which makes uncontrolled horses worse.

Vet agreed to Compounded Perg. Got it from Thriving Pets. Started at .25 and gradually increased to 1.05. He became perkier and offered to canter frequently...I was ecstatic.

Thanks for the quick response!
I agree the right front is a mess. The vet said the right heel needed to come down and toe come in and the farrier was hesistant to do too much too quickly
